Reception may call to shift your appointment up or down to maximize the therapist’s schedule. If we do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled. If you require a very specific appointment, we request that you call the spa to avoid any issues. If you want to book just a stand alone 1/2 hour massage you will need to call the spa.
