Ashiatsu DeepFeet Massage:
In Ashiatsu massage the therapist utilizes their body weight and bare feet to apply therapeutic massage techniques. It is a deep tissue modality and will induce deep relaxation, decrease pain and inflammation and create structural change in chronic soft tissue damage. Client must have good overall health with no history of a heart condition to be able to receive this therapy.

Craniosacral Massage:
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a series of gentle holds along the spine and around the cranium. The intention is to release the restrictions in the soft tissue that surround the central nervous system. CST can help people with headaches, migraines, low back pain and TMJ dysfunction. It can create a feeling of calm. Clients stay dressed for the treatment.
Contraindications: Craniosacral therapy is not recommended for people with any recent head injury, concussion or intracranial aneurysm.

Deep Tissue Massage:
For clients who enjoy a deeper pressure with detailed work on problem areas. The therapist employs different techniques and modalities to customize the experience and to relieve pain and pressure points in the body. Tools, heat and pain relieving creams may be used.

Energy Healing/Esogetics Session:
An energetic healing session that will incorporate Color puncture with special crystals. Esogetics is based on traditional Chinese medicine but instead of using needles like in acupuncture the therapist will use special colored crystals. A holistic therapy that helps you connect to your inner source of vibrancy and life force. Client can be fully dressed to receive the treatment.

Head, Hands and Feet Massage:
Targeted massage for the head including the face, hands and feet. Therapist will incorporate reflexology techniques, aromatherapy, massage tools and a special cream for each part of the body. CBD face cream will be used if client has no allergy.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage:
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage uses warm salt crystal stones to soothe away stress and tension and promote an increased sense of well-being. Its grounding properties help to improve sleep and balance the Central Nervous System by generating negative ions. Additionally, the stone’s natural salt properties gently exfoliate and nourish the skin leaving you soft and smooth.

Hot Stone Massage :
Experience the benefits of a Hot Stone Massage using volcanic Basalt Stones. Wonderful for relaxation and the heat adds therapeutic benefits for your muscles. The massage incorporates Swedish style strokes combined with the deep penetrating heat from the stones for a truly relaxing experience.

Lomi Lomi/ Swedish Combo Massage:
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian or Polynesian Ocean inspired kneading massage. This type of massage uses long, deep strokes and the massage therapist will use their hands and forearms to relax your muscles and promote blood circulation throughout your body. In combination with Swedish style technique it is pure Heaven!

MPS Therapy:
Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) therapy is the brief application of concentrated DC microcurrent impulses to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. The one hour session will be combined with either Swedish massage or Reiki according to client’s preference. MPS is also excellent for treating scars and the connective tissue and restrictions underneath that can transfer pain and restrict blood flow.

Pregnancy or Postpartum Massage :
Let yourself be pampered with an effective and therapeutic pregnancy or postpartum massage to ease all your discomforts. The Therapist will focus on your problem or tension areas and accommodate for your special needs with positioning, pillows and bolsters.

Reiki:
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. A treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing energetic radiance that flows through and around you leaving your Chakras balanced and giving a sense of contentment to the client. Practitioners may use sound, crystals and aromatherapy to enhance the session.

Swedish Massage:
Enjoy a luxurious and soothing Swedish massage which focuses on relaxation and circulation. Pressure for a Swedish massage is light to medium and strokes used are gliding and rhythmic to promote relaxation and releasing tension. This is the perfect massage for any clients new to massage.
